The costs surrounding special education are rising, and so are the risks. More students are receiving services, staffing remains difficult, and districts are absorbing a growing share of the financial burden, while the obligation to deliver and document each student’s IEP services stays the same.

In this webinar, we’ll examine what these pressures mean for district leaders and where they can take action. We’ll explore how strong IEP processes, service documentation, and compliance practices can help districts manage risk and maximize available funding.

We’ll also look at school-based Medicaid as part of the funding picture, including how to identify eligible services, reduce missed reimbursement, and build compliance checks into the process before claims are submitted.

Attendees will leave with practical next steps for protecting both compliance and funding as special education pressures continue to grow.
